Wireless Internet

Hi I am new here. I was given a Dell Laptop (Inspiron b130) for Christmas in 2005. I have always been hooked to the internet through a cord but I am trying to find out if my computer has a wireless internet card in it. Is there anyway to look this up? I am using windows xp. Thanks in advance for your help.

Check your Hardware Device Manager. See if you have 2 network cards--one Ethernet (wired one) and a wireless. If you have a wireless card, you'll need to buy a router to use with your broadband modem supplied by your Internet Provider. You can also buy a wireless addon network card for your computer. You can't use wireless with dialup service. You need cable or dsl broadband connection.
