WIreless mouse/keyboard do not work after updates

Over the past 6 months I have gotten microsoft updates that make my wireless keyboard and mouse stop working.  Only way I have been able to fix it is to hook up a wired mouse and then do a system restore.  This has happened at least with 10 different updates.  Keyboard is Logitech K330 and mouse is Logitech M215.  I am running Windows 7.  Dell computer and mouse and keyboard are from Dell.  Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
