Wireless network connection

Question

I am unable to connect to the Internet using my existing Netgear wireless network.
When I check the ipconfig/all, I see that my Ethernet adapter wireless network connections and ethernet adapter local area connection's media status is "disconnected". How do I enable these adapters? Or is there another problem that is not allowing me to connect.

Please help.

1st make sure your wireless (WIFI) light is on if not then hit the little Fn key on the lower left hand of the keyboard then while holding the Fn key push the F2 key and it might solve the problems. repost if thats not the problem

Where is the (WIFI) light located?

It should be above the F5 and F6 key 4th from the left, 2nd from the right. If its not lit up then its not on......
