Hi,

Check your router settings. DHCP could work without special settings on computers.

And by the way.

Update your notebook bios, drivers (wireless card driver !!!) and if possible router firmware.

In manual of your router is the way.

Its like from your browser (IE or Opera or ...) in address you must go to some address like 198.168.0.1 (or like this)

There you can manage your router: sutup wireless connections, wired connections etc.

I have a Dell TrueMobile 2300 router that I can't connect to in order to reconfigure it, even though I have internet connect. I've never had problems in the past connecting to that particular site, but had recently installed an antivirus + firewall software, which I then uninstalled because I thought that was causing the problem, but the problem still exists. Any idea why I can't connect to http://my.router?
Thank you!
