WIRELESS NETWORKING

Question

Currently have  Dell desktop with cable modem, recently purchased Dell laptop and installed Microsoft 802.11g Wireless Networking Kit to above mentioned computers, both will be used primarily for photography projects. I am looking at ordering the Dell 2400 desktop for personal use and will have it on the third floor of house. What will I need to order either installed on the new pc or as an extra accessory to have all three pc's on the wireless network?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

If you are wanting to connect all 3 systems to a wireless network you will need to purchase a wireless router to connect your cable modem to and then it should connect the systems.
