WIRELESS NETWORKING
I have an Inspiron 8200. I just purchased a wireless linksys router and pci card.
My question- Will I have access to the internet elsewhere other than home?

Your wireless router (which connects you to the Interenet Service for which you have a subscription) has a range of about 300 feet. You may be able to find hotspots (usually unsecured wireless networks that others, like yourself) have running) or at places like coffee houses that offer such service where you can get internet service on their wireless network.
