Wireless not Detected on XPS 8900
The Device Manager does not show the Dell Wireless 1801 controller on my XPS 8900, only the Bluetooth controller. Network properties shows only Ethernet and Bluetooth. I reloaded the driver and searched for new hardware from device manager, but still nothing.
Edit: The Devices page of settings shows Microsoft Wireless Transceiver. When I remove it, it is immediately reinstalled on reboot. Still nothing about a wireless network adapter on device manager or on network properties.

Monassas,
Some of Microsoft's wireless mice and keyboards include a transceiver that allows the computer to communicate with the target peripheral via Bluetooth. ... If Windows fails to detect the transceiver or if problems occur when attempting to use the device, troubleshoot the component to determine if the hardware is faulty.

Thanks for the link, Jesse. I checked the bios and WiFi was disabled. Once I enabled it in the bios, I found it also was still disabled in the device manager. Once it was enabled there, WiFi once more was working.

You need to install a wifi driver from https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/xps-8930-desktop/drivers
The Qualcomm QCA61x4A QCA9377 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Driver wifi driver worked for me.
