Wireless Problem
Hello,
I've a problem. So, I've Dell Vostro 3300 and all drivers are installed. (Wireless, sound, audio etc.,)
But, my laptop does not see my D'Link access point. But, we have different access point in our company, this laptop is see other access point... I'm wondering what's devices's problem.. Why does not see D'Link access point.
Who have any idea?
(Please do not see my English grammar, I know it's not good)

Hi peoplecanfly,
Welcome to the Dell Community Forum.
As your computer is detecting other networks which means your Wireless is working fine.
Please make sure you have entered the MAC address correctly confirm the same with your Network Admin in Office.
Also check if the SSID Broadcaster is turned ON in the router.
Please check the same and let us know your findings.
