Wireless Problems with XPS M1710

I have been having a problem with my wireless ever since one morning it showed that I lost connection. I tried to reconnect but it will not connect to my wireless router although it shows the router (with good connectivity) and other available networks in my area. The password I type into my router is correct. The problem is not with my router becuase other laptops works fine with the my wireless router. My wireless card is Dell Wireless 1500 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card. I tried to install new drivers on dell website but it didnt solve anything. I hope i did it right atleast. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Which version of Windows are you running?  Is Windows managing you wireless network or is the Dell Utility managing?  Have you tried power cycling your router (turn it off then turn it back on)? Have you tried temporarily disabling encryption just to make sure that that is not what is causing the problem?

Im running windows xp. The dell utility is managing my network. I just turned on my card again after a day of having it off and now the status shows "connected" and showing excellent strength of my network but says limited or no connectivity. I just tried cycling and it didnt work. What do you mean by disabling encryption? Thanks!

You said you had to type in a password.  I assumed that this is becuase you have encryption enabled on the router.  Do you have this security feature enabled on the router?
