You can roll out profiles. You'll need to create and export a profile using PROSet. Then you can have the users import the profiles themselves - or - if you can push the profile files to the Autoimport directory, PROSet will automatically take in the profile. You'll need to make sure you check the box for allow autoimport. See the user guide for a better explanation.
