Wireless radio adapter?
I am trying to connect my Dell 5160 to a wireless router and the EasyLink Advisor detects that the wireless radio adapter or card is not turned on. How do I activate the wireless adapter's radio?

Is this the first time you have tried the wireless or have you had it working before?
Look in device manager and make sure it is listed without and bangs next to it.

I did that and I still get an error message that the wireless radio adapter is not on. Can you suggest anything else?

Have you set up the router with and SSID name for your wirless network. Easy link is not all the reliable at time.
If your adapter is showing up in device manager with no (!) or (X) next to it then let's for the mometn assume that the driver is loaded and the card is belived to be functional.
Heres a link with some info
