wireless router and print server

Question

I have a wireless router and wireless print server. The wireless print server has ip address 192.168.X.X (Private address) I have a desktop with IP 131.230.X.X (public address)  . What should i do so that i can print from the desktop. Sincerely, Joshua

The desktop is going to have to be within the same subnet, i.e, behind the router and have a private address of 192.168.x.x
