At the link below is information for setting up you wireless network in Windows 10. To turn the WIFI on in Windows 10 you would follow the steps below .
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. (If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Settings.)
Tap or click the wireless network icon ( ).
Make sure Airplane mode is set to Off.
