Is there a Utility that loads for the AT&T device that loads its own configuration and disables the Windows Utility? If so, open the AT&T utility and tell that you want Windows to manage the wireless connection or alternatively, uninstall the AT&T utility so that it doesn't start with your computer.
Thank you Steve, I was able to turn off the "searching" mode of the AT&T wireless adapter. I'm having so much trouble with teh Truemobile 2300, I'm thinking of using a Netgear router. The Truemobile has been a problem for months -- it won't maintain a connection.
Appreciate your help with the other bothersome problem I've had.
