Wireless Zero COnfiguration

What is Wireless Zero Configuration?I can't connect to my wireless connection because Windows cannot configure it. The message says if i want Windows to configure my wireless connection, then I need to start the Windows Zero Configuration....is this something I should do? I have an Inspiron 700M.
thanks.....

Go to Start > Run and type services.msc then click OK.  Find the Wireless Zero Configuration Service in the list of services.  Double click on it and make sure it is set to start automatically and is started.
