Couple of things to check. Go into control panel, Admin tools, Services. Make sure that the wireless zero service is set to Automatic.
Are you running IPASS on another wireless software package. Some of these will take control of the device, and not let it start automatically.

Are you sure its the Windows wireless zero configuration that is set to run automatically, or the Dell wireless utility?
What operating system version are you running on the 1505?
