Do you have other computers that can connect successfully through your wireless network?  As a troubleshooting step, can you connect to the router and internet if you use a wired ethernet connection?

I get no type of internet service and I am racking my brain out. I tried any and everyrhing possible. Its like my network card is dead.

Try downloading and running winsockfix for Windows XP from the Here.  Note that you will have to download this on a computer that has a working internet connection, copy it to removable media, then copy it to the problem computer and run it from there.
