Question

In my computer there is a Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card.  In the status device This device is working properly, enable.But when I scaned my sistem with dell support, says disconected and my computer don't searc any connection. Wireless networks setup wizard says that put my flash USB on my device-router for wireless connection, but my router have not any USB connector....and manualy setting is disable.

I am sorry for my English I am from Serbia Belgrade. But not Vista or 7, it is Windows XP Home

If this is Vista or 7, clear out all the old wireless connections and reboot the system.  You should then be able to see the available connections.
