At least I'm not the only one having problems with connection problems. Mine took 2 days to fix the first time. I had no connection and lost my homegroup. I think I re-installed to an ealier time then re-installed the Linksys software and started from scratch. Then I wirelessly transferred my files from the desktop. all the files I chose was transferred to the laptop, but some of them didn't work. I had to re-install them from the internet and things are better. However, my pictures are not in my kodak  software. So that has to be taken care of. Also, the wireless connection is still intermittent  so I'll look for a solution. If i find one, I'll pass along some info to you, You might have to get dell involved.

I keep getting the same problem.  I find that anytime I try to do anything (downloading or trying to download drivers) it freezes and I have to re-start.  I am in contact with Microsoft and they are trying to help me.  But, if any of you have any ideas, they would be welcomed.  PLEASE  HELP...  it's frustrating.  To be honest, I do not know which is my WLAN card, but that is what the popup window says.
