Wrong area for this post...

however, I had no alternative.  I need information regarding my laptop that is currently being treated at St. Dell's Hospital in Houston, I believe.  The pesky database that houses my laptop's Service Tag number on that which is Dell's great brain, has a hiccup.  It shows my warranty as expired, whereas if you click the next tab, it gives the appropriate info.

 

Long story shory, I cannot contact Tech. Support with my Case # and Dispatch Reference #.

 

Perhaps you can be of assistance letting me know what is going on with my electronic child?
