XPS Gen2 Laptop Ethernet Controller

Well I searched the forum and couldn't locate an answer so here I go posting.

 

I've got a XPS2 and I reformated to install XP Pro and cannot seem to locate the Ethernet driver. I got the wireless going with a Dell driver but I cannot for the life of me find the LAN driver. Anyone run into this problem besides myself?

 

I've never had such an issue finding a Dell driver!

 

Also I have a PCI driver in my hardware listing that I can't seem to joggle as to what it is either.

 

Anyone run through the XPS2 reinstalling an OS and have some answers?

 

[edit] forgot to mention this is for a laptop, not a desktop. Reading the other forums I thought I had the answer until I realized it was for a desktop xps2...
