XPS13 Wifi Connection Problems
Having massive internet connection problems here with brand new XPS 13.
Purchased Jan 2016. Top XPS 13 model.
Windows 10 Pro.
Internet/wifi connection remains for maximum 5 minutes at a time, making the laptop unusable. All other devices in the house remain connected to my router, with full internet connection (I know this because all other streaming such as Bose Soundtouch remains continuous).
Other laptops connected experiencing no problems, so problem isolated to XPS 13 only. Tried disabling windows firewall and removed all factory installed mcafee. Still no joy.
Any new drivers available or suggestions?
Thank you and on the borderline of returning this, as I have no productivity with this laptop

I can understand how this must be frustrating but there are a few things we can try. First, take a look at this support article and follow it's directions to see if it helps resolve the problems you're experiencing.

You don't mention which wireless card you have in your system but you can go to our support site, key in your service tag, and click on the Drivers & Downloads link to find all the drivers for your model.
Are you getting any messages before your wireless connection drops? Does the signal strength seem to fluctuate? If you try to repair your connection does it connect back up immediately?
For your router, what make and model are you using? And have you updated the firmware on the router now that you have this Windows 10 system? Windows 10 uses a slightly different chipset than previous wireless connections do so your router may simply need to be updated to be compatible with Windows 10.

I'm having a very similar problem. Have you had any luck yet? Also considering returning my machine.
