3100 cn Error code 004-321

Question

Hi @ all, we just encountered this error code with one of our printers and replaced the drum. The printer then printed 2 letters and finally showed the same error code again. We did run all the various Dell check programs, but all results showed OK. We then put the first faulty drum into a different printer (same type) and the old drum worked there fine. Also the new drum we placed into the printer with the error worked fine in the other printer. It looks like a hardware fault of the printer, but again, all check programs indicated no error. We did check the sensor connection as well, no problem there. Anybody out there having an idea? I would appreciate if one could post an answer helping me getting the printer up and running again. Thanks.
