Base System Device Drivers ???

Question

Installed a 'clean' Window 7 install from Vista 32 bit OS Inspiron E1505 Lap top.  Device manager indicates that I need drivers for two Base System Devices.  No other information is given.  The Devices are not identified and no drivers are available.   Do I care!  Windows 7 seems to work ok.... so far.....???

They are likely the Media Direct buttons - did you load a Windows 7 compatible version of that?
