I just read in Direct2Dell on Lionels blog "Dell Community Site Upgrade" posted by dcraigq that he was having the same trouble with Firefox. He deleted all the dell.com cookies on Firefox and now he can log in. Iused PCCleaner to remove my cookies and I can log in without any problem. I know Dell reads these posts and I hope they address this problems.
