Dell DataSafe problems
I have just started usung Dell DataSafe but each time I run a backup it fails with the error 'MD5 validation failed. backup aborted' Can anybody help?

I just tried a few times and then it worked, don't know if I was doing something wrong or not.

I'm pretty sure the way that works is when you are uploading your data every so often it md5's the data to confirm that everything has been uploaded properly. If that md5 check fails then it aborts. On the plus side, anything that made it up successfully will still be there so you won't have to upload it twice. Seems odd that you would have received that error more than once or twice, though. Anything special about your connection (dialup? flakey?)? Could just be that you're a long way from the data center and something is getting lost/corrupted along the way ....
