end program tosobex.exe

recently whenever I shutdown my Inspiron 6000 XP Pro SP3, I get an error message saying that it's ending program TosoBex, please wait.

I knot that this is part of Toshiba Bluetooth, so I removed and re-installed it but no difference.

Any help will be much appreciated.
