fatal error during conversion from Dell 2950

hello there,

i am new to dell forum. i  have a critical problem with dell poweredge 2950. i want to take image from the server to my winxp desktop with vmware vcenter 4. i did the same procedure with another brand server and it is succeed. the message shows "fatal error occurred. The most common reason for this is loss of network connection. " I checked in vmware forum about this issue. But exact problem i did not find until now. i disable all the firewall and antivirus. i would appeciate if sombody can assist regarding this error.
