Aurora R13, RX 9060 XT issues

so I recently got a new rx 9060 xt for my Aurora R13. I’ve been having issues however with it not giving me signal. However, every once in a while it gives me a man Alienware error that’s not in windows about an upper fan error. I did the diagnostic test it gives me there and it says the upper fan is 0 rpm even though all my fans are spinning. I believe this is a problem with the new gpu because I haven’t had the is problem ever with my old one. Could it just be a defective gpu?

What are the specs of your R13? CPU, AIO liquid or air cooled, PSU wattage?

@VeryConfusedTechnician   let's start with clearing CMOS by pressing and holding in the power button for 30 seconds. If you get a chance, it would not hurt to replace the CR2032 coin cell battery with a brand new one . . . $4 at the grocery store.

@VeryConfusedTechnician   all your fans may be spinning . . . but I don't believe the R13 with air cooled CPU came with a top fan. It is possible (though no guarantee) that BIOS detecting a non OEM Dell graphics card has caused BIOS to look for the top fan. If you want to try adding a top fan you can look for a Dell OEM fan, or for 3rd party fans I think this will give you the best chance of not getting a BIOS fan error LINK Arctic P12 Max PWM 120mm fan   about $8 on Amazon.

@ProfessorW00d Is the fan on the left what you are referring to?

or should I be getting another one?

@VeryConfusedTechnician   if it were my rig I would be getting 2 new fans for the areas marked in red. The upper front fan would connect to motherboard header FAN_SYS3 and the top fan would connect to motherboard header FAN_SYS4.
