HELP!!!
ok i don't know what i'm doing but i need help,I gust got my first computer and i took it do a DELL station at WALLMART to get new parental and antivirus sofware and i had the guy install it all for me... so i bring it home and i had to fight with the parental seting witch were set to 7 and under i'm 18! and now i can't download anything ANYTHING!!!! it keeps saying my secrity setting won't alow me to download this,i've done every thing i can think of inclueding terning all my secrity off it still sed my secrity setting won't alow me to download this!!!
And he also changed the butten in the start menu i used to shutdown my computer with to a sieep butten,now i have to go ferther in the start menu to shut it down
PLEASE!!!!! HELP!!! MEEE!!!!!

Since we don't have a clue what was installed we really can't advise how to change any settings. Have you thought about going back to WALLMART to discuss with whomever did this? And while you're there, you might wish to have them check your SPELL CHECKER. :emotion-8:

Take it back to the Dell station at Walmart and get them to correct it for you.
