Problem With DELL system

Hi,

I have bought dell laptop(inspiron) from US(Denver). I am facing issues continously. First with in one month my hard disk gone. I have changed new one.After two months cooling fan is not working. Unfortunately while buying itself I did not get service warranty. What is the solution for this?? I don want to spend much money to laptop with in one year.
