In settings you usually can get all emails or nothing.

Settings, email, email configuration, uncheck the boxes there.

If you just want to stop the emails from Support Assist, go to the forum. You have to be in the forums section.

In the right column, you'll see options.

Forum notifications off/on. Make sure it's off for the forum.

If the notification is just for a thread, go to the thread, click view online from the email. You'll see...

If you click on the email subscribe/unsubscribe that will stop the emails for that thread. (It might say mute thread)
