sign in date never changes

hi guys,,,

im new to the forum as of sept 19 2010.....since then i have signed in every day and do not see any change to my "last sign in date"  in the sign in options tab at the bottom of the page,,,also when i try to save my sign in info i get a prompt that says     "1000 characters minium"at the top of the box..it wont let me save anything in an orderly fashion... and in the edit profile section there is no where to share my location....i also notice that when i sign in  it wants my email address and password  and not  my community username....any help would be most appreciated.....i would like to be able to get my sign in info  line for line    and not skipped spacing  as you can see at the bottom......even when i paste from word it will still says 1000 char.. minium        frustrating to say the least

thanks.....

Hi Aw co3,

Try clearing your temp internet files.

Does the error message actually say, "1000 characters minium" and not "minimum"? That's funny.

 AW CO3,

Click on the HTML Buttom.

Change the < p > and the < / p >      to     < br > and the < /br >

Do this without the spaces. everything should be together.

thanks for the reply  osprey4,,,,,,oops didnt check my spelling.......i clean out the temp internet files  quite alot...i go through disc cleanup to do that..  when i try to save the sig info line for line i get this error and i jut tried to paste the info here line for line    hope it shows up this way.....it will not let me save it like this.....but will only save  the way it shows at the bottom

thanks for your help and time......im not new to computers by any means  but never joined any forums.....the last sign in date as of now still shows  sept.19

Alienware Aurora(nonalx) bios AO9

Intel i7-920(2.67GHz)       CCv.2.5.52.0.
12gigs 1333 ddr3 ram

2x1tb wdc(raid1)   1x1tb wdc(data)

Dual drives  hl-dt-st dvdrwbd ch20n/plds dvd+rw dh-24aas

"this is how i want it to look in the sign in info" why it would let me save it one way and not another is a mystery to me and very frustrating..

 AW CO3,

Looks together to me. There is a 1000 character limit. This includes the html coding, so it can be an issue.
