hi jacky10  you could try going into the start menu on your laptop,   select control panel,  then add and remove,  in here you should be able to remove the software for linksy,  then try reloading linksy from disk you have that is one option which may sort this problem,  i have done this where a printer has been playing up,  and it has sorted the problen.
