13th Gen Optiplex 7010 Only Has PCIe Gen 3
The OptiPlex 7010 spec:

The OptiPlex 7010 Plus spec shows the Plus version has PCIe Gen 4:

I find it pretty pathetic and upsetting that a 13th Gen chipset motherboard would not have PCIe 4.0 on it.
That's all I came to say really. There isn't anything anyone can do about it, I just wanted to let people know before they buy.
I suppose I should have looked at the spec before purchasing, but who'd a thunk a modern, nearly $1000 Gen 13 i5 13500 PC would have old tech in it?
Do yourself a favor and do not buy this PC. 1 star. 1 for being a functional PC, -4 stars for having 5 year old tech in it.

7010 (minus) is entry level and thus trying to cut cost at every corner. It might also be a marketing strategy to motivate buyer towards the more expensive 7010 (plus).
and not just 7010 (minus), the entry level cousin model Inspiron 3020 and vostro 3020 also have PCIe3.0 bus.
Dell should have named 7010 (minus) “Optiplex 3010.”
