Do you know that Dell also offers 500w platinum psu for 7080. It is not offered in 5080 spec, but the 500w psu is 100% c/w 5080. Reason why Dell did not include in 5080 is because the 500w psu is a high end configuration option. 5080 is main stream.
if you plan to upgrade psu to support video card, I suggest skip the 360w and get the 500w one

5080/7080 MT use Dell proprietary 6+4+4 white pin connector.
Dell oem 260 + 360 platinum psu.
the key is 6+4+4 white pin (two white 4 pin cpu connector). The mobo has two white 4 pin standard cpu socket and a proprietary 6 pin socket.
the 1st listing has a wrong pic at end showing 6+6+4 white pin connector. It cannot be trusted. afaik none of the Optiplex psu has such connectors.
2VD0G mentioned in 2nd listing has white 6+4+4 pin according to this eBay pic. It is c/w 5080.
Dell mod stated in FAQ that 2VD0G is c/w XPS 8940, another evidence that it is c/w 5080/7080 too.
