5040, internal USB pin description
Hello
I have Dell Optiplex 5040. When I try to use the internal USB pin connectors in the main motherboard the isn't any mention the pin description like (5V, Ground, + or -) pin , please i need help with diagram of the main board of manual to explain the pin connectors for the internal USB in the Main Motherboard

Not sure about this particular model, but in my experience ... the USB headers on Dell/Alienware motherboard are industry standard.
A USB-2.0 header is different than a USB-3.0 header.
The ground-pin should be a direct-short to other motherboard grounds. The +5volts-DC pin should read that with a voltmeter.

There is no diagram to the main motherboard explain the connectors and the Pins i try to search in the the internet but i cannot find .

INTERNAL 10 pin Flex Bay connections are not the same as the 20 pin USB3 connections.
Dell does not publish pinouts. The internal connections use proprietary laptop style cables and connections.
As with the SD Reader here which is USB.
