5060 MFF, Optional HDMI 2.0b connector
At purchase it wasn't obvious how to select the optional HDMI 2.0b connector. I figured this should be something one could buy later if required. I've tried looking and I cannot find where to buy the optional third port.
I am fairly sure I need the HDMI 2.0b adapter to utilize 4K@60 and HDR.
As I understand it, the two DP++ ports are 1.2 and not capable of outputting HDR which would require DP 1.4.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
It looks like I need a part number for the HDMI 2.0 connector that fits into #4 on the layout below.

My 325-bddz came in, and it is the 01knyy.
This is a foxconn product, not a dogfish, designed to screw into the back plate.
This does not fit my optional port.
The size and connectors are wrong.
It looks REALLY close though.

No, you'll see the note at the bottom of the product description, you need Displayport 1.4 for HDR. These systems have DP 1.2. But the Club3D adapters are great... the best I have tried of many. I have just kind of resigned myself to understanding I got screwed. Like the original poster, I was ordering a 9th Gen i7 paying attention to 4 lane PCIe and didn't sweat the specs. With the Club3D adapter I have 4K@60Hz, just no HDR. In fact I can go a bit higher to actual true 4K above 3096. I use a DP to HDMI cable to my Harman Kardon receiver off the second Displayport and get all sound formats, even DTS-HD Master. With a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO SSD and an 8TB hard drive, and 64GB of RAM, the system is a solid home theatre PC. The best I have owned so far. Unfortunately, it also took hours online, calls and chats with Dell going nowhere, numerous DP to HDMI adapters, an unnecessary USB-C PCIe adapter that required an internal tap to power because I was hoping for alternate mode video thru USB-C (there is none on this model), an unnecessary PCIe Antec sound card to try and resolve sound issues with a Toslink connection before I settled on DP to HDMI on my receiver, and a lot of frustration. I have everything I want and my Samsung 65" Curved TV 'kinda' emulates HDR via software anyway. No thanks to Dell. At the same time, I bought a 7080 laptop discovering 2 lane PCIe and when I upgraded the SSD some Dell docs described a required heat shield, some did not. It didn't come with one on the original SSD but I tracked one down. Two models and lots of confusion. The scary thing is Dell servers and their support used to be this bad. In Dell's defense though, the Optiplex line is a business class machine. They are made to be a rugged workhorse. They are ugly and great for pulling on and off desks and thrown in big stacks. Have standard OS images on them and deployed en masse. The more scratched up and banged up the better and with commercial extended warranties they will live forever. Nobody in any office with one of these cares about HDR. That is actually why I bought it. I wanted something that would last, be rugged and serviceable. If a power supply fails, you will have no problem finding one. 22 years in IT and I appreciate business class machines. If you want big video go with Dell's Alienware. Also, regarding 4K HD Bluray content. The way things are right now, you cannot port HDCP 2.2 encryption off a PC. The hardware isn't there on purpose. So no playing on a drive through to your TV. In time software will crack it but ripping will involve ridiculously huge file sizes. 1080p Bluray is already pretty bad. So anyway, it is what it is.

I bought a used Dell Optiplex Micro 3060 recently and disappointed to find out HDR is missing on the existing HDMI / DP ports. Thanks to this forum and found out that I need to purchase the additional HDMI 2.0b port. I ordered the HDMI 2.0b port and arrived within 2 days. I installed it and finally I got my HDR enabled with 4K 60Hz.

@Vlad_905 @SGLCL @steelfatboy
For those that were able to successfully install part #325-BDDZ, does the audio output through the HDMI port as it should?

Some SmartScreen Touch interfaces require HDMI & USB for the touch to work.

Thanks to those who reported back that the HDMI board works with 4K/60Hz/HDR. I just ordered one for my 7060 Micro.
