580, boot problem with SSD

Hello Community,

I am Gunter from Germany struggeling with following problem:

I have 2 Optiplex 580 PC's running fine with HHD's and BIOS as well as Windows 10 is up to date. I upgraded to SSD's and every time I start up my PC's it gets stuck at the Dell Bios fpr circa 1 min before the AMI Bios shows. PLS lookat the screenshot attachment. After pressing F1 the systems boots up fast and save. Windows 10 works excellent after pressing F1

The F5 onboard diagnositcs search can't find any errors

I already jumper reset the CMOS to solve this problem, it didn't worked out to boot properly after this.

I manually deactivated the 3 rd master boot! Same thing again but the Problem still exists on

I am using brandnew Samsung MZLN512HAJQ-000H7 SSD's which booting properly on any other pc brand and on my way older Optiplex 740 the SSD's have no issues.

The german IT Dudes were unable to help me getting rid of this boot problem. May be there's someone in here who knows how to fix it which I will really appreciate
