7010 sff chipest cooling
I do know the die is 27x27mm. The hole spacing is 45mm for the push pins. Has anybody found or does Dell sell a cooler for the H61 chipset? I got one from work and turning it into a nas. And no, it is not in the case it came with. I noticed when I was stress testing it with my raid card that it was overly hot. Since it literally burned my finger when I touched it. That can't be good for it in the long run. Other then that, the on board graphics is a huge plus.

The 7010 is a 2015 era model and past the 5 year mark for Dell parts. But, Dell does not sell upgrade parts such as coolers. You will have to find an aftermarket that will work.

That's what I'm trying to do. I don't know if they have a part number that I can search E-bay or Amazon for either. Or, if you or anybody else is aware of one that fits and has a link or something? I'm still searching.

Whatever is out there won't be a Dell part number, as I noted Dell doesn't make or sell coolers other than the stock cooler and as its past the 5 year point there is no spare parts stock.
What spare parts are left are sold by this company

can you upload a picture of what you mean by push pins. On line pic of 7010 SFF does not show clear evidence of eyelet to hook a retainer to fasten a passive heatsink on the chipset. If there is no eyelet to fasten a heatsink, you can try install a small copper heatsink with a thin layer of thermal paste on top of chipset (without fastening) and just leave it there to provide some cooling (motherboard has to stay horizontal), understanding that there is no pressure mount to accomplish great thermal contact. still the heavy all copper heatsink by weight can cool the chipset to some degree. this chipset is not designed to have a cooler by Dell knowing it does not have a TDP during regular run. Stress test over long period of time is a different story.
