do you have OS installed on both hdd and ssd?
do you mean PC would not boot on its own from hdd or ssd, but will boot if you manually select hdd from F12 menu?

apparently, the OS was not installed optimally on ssd.
did you use UEFI or legacy bios option to install Win 10 on ssd in 7010? for starter it may be easier to use legacy option (but either option should work fine).
if OS is installed via legacy option in ssd, enter bios to move ssd to top of boot sequence, and delete all the rest of options. save changes. exit to see if it can boot automatically from ssd.
Boot Sequence Allows you to specify the order in which PC attempts to find an operating
system.
The options are:
• Diskette drive
• ST320LT007-9ZV142 / ST3250312AS
• USB Storage Device
• CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive
• Onboard NIC
Boot List Option
• Legacy
• UEFI

@redxps630,
"if OS is installed via legacy option in ssd, enter bios to move ssd to top of boot sequence, and delete all the rest of options." Can't the boot order be changed?
@whynotcw,
As long as you're able to boot, then I'm confident SATA Operation is set to AHCI in BIOS.
Not recommended as it may be a little less secure, but you can try BIOS with Secure Boot off and Legacy Option ROMs on. Then how does it boot?
