760, CPU upgrade?
hy
i have dell optiplex 760 mid tower desktop pc
with this specs
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz 2.39GHz
and motherboard: 0M858N
can i upgrade my motherboard and processor from that specs?

you cant upgrade your motherboard. the optiplex 760 has mirrored inbuilt components, so no other PSU or motherboard will fit into that tower. as for the CPU, a friend of mine has an intel core 2 quad Q9400 on his optiplex 760.
but i dont know his mainboard number. because some mainboard types of optiplex 760 are limited to a specific cpu. but yeah, if youre asking if its possible to upgrade to i3 etc, no that not possible. youre stuck with intel core 2 quad series. thats the best that works with optiplex 760.
