After trying various things I determined the set weren't compatible with Dell. It's back into the other I5 4690k PC. It remains 8G as before. Thanks.

Hi Erigon,
The power button pattern you are getting indicates.
If customer can assist to troubleshoot, narrow down the issue by reseating memory and swapping an available known good memory.
If nothing works, replace the motherboard, memory or processor
Kindly try one memory at a time. PM us the system service tag to check and assist you further.
