990 tower optiplex

i have acronics image of 990 optiplex tower PC. Now i am trying hard to re install in LEGACY mode and AHCI setting . changed the setting back to RAID. but at start upon image completion windows sign come a moment and then re starts tried Launch repair but no cigars. 

Can somebody help
