Advice on computer for minimal Warcraft playing
I am seeking advice for a compter to play warcraft. I am older and on a fixed income, so nothing high-end. Any suggesttions are appreciated. I am not seeking anything beyond minimal abilities with the ability to raid and such (decent video capability).

Indeed, either the 7020 or 9020 MT are good choices. 3020 doesn't even have USB 3.0.
Either one, GTX 950 or 960, would require a PSU upgrade. GTX's 1050 ti & 1650 are 75w and wouldn't require PSU upgrade. Both support DirectX 12, one of the game's requirements.
SSD should be 250GB. "128GB" in the game's requirements accounts for the game, but nothing else, like operating system, other apps, etc.
Since recommended requirements state a 6-core 3.5 Ghz CPU, but minimum states 4-core 3.0 Ghz CPU, I think a happy medium can be reached by getting a 7020 or 9020 with an i7-4790, 3.6 Ghz 4-core.

Since redxps mentioned the 90w GTX 950, the Optiplex XE2 with it's 365w PSU can power it.
