Affichage / Display Optiplex 3060
Bonjour,
Nous allons déployer des DELL Optiplex 3060 , après masterisation de la 1ere machine et Maj bios j'ai constaté l'apparition de bande noire sur l'affichage, bande noir qui persiste même après changement d’écran & câble VGA
Le phénomène n'apparait pas en branchement HDMI & DP

We deploy news optiplex 3060, after 1st masterisation black line appear, in bios and others, black line appear with vga not hdmi and display port.

It sounds like you're plugged into a separate graphics card (GPU) as the 3060's only come with integrated HDMI. If so, the defect is likely with the GPU. If the defect was in all 3 ports, then I'd suspect the GPU or motherboard.
Google on my phone translated French to English. Hopefully this translates to French also. Only in case you didn't, please remember to select your language at the top of the screen in Dell Community. Besides computer model, posts are grouped by language.
