An unexpected I/O error occured
Error code is 0xc0000e9.i have a optiplex 380 runs on 64bit i formatted my hard drive now i try to clean install windows 7 but it keeps giving me error code.this error can be caused by unplugging a removable device.i recently installed windows 7 on my friends pc and my disk worked fine.

The correct install sequence for a Dell is (1) Install Windows (2) Install Intel motherboard chipset drivers (3) install device drivers. If that sequence was not followed problems can arise.
