Audio driver

My front panel is not working and I do not have Realtek Audio on my pc, I have tried downloading it multiple times but doesnt seem to show up in the control panel. My headphones are not disabled in the Sound settings this goes with my microphone too. It says "No headphones or speakers are plugged in"
