Hello I have an OptiPlex 7020 running Windows 10 64 bit connected to a Dell P2715Q monitor via a DP to DP cable. I'm trying to connect speakers to hear sound. When I use windows audio troubleshooter I get "Audio Services Not Responding" and my issue is not resolved. I get no sound whatsoever from connecting the speakers to the computer or to the monitor. I'm not sure where to go from here. I have googled the problem and followed the advice for the Device Manager and services.msc and still have no sound. What am I missing? Tom.
