auto power on not booting
i have 9020 configured to power on automatic at 8:30 AM everyday
sometimes it can't boot up and shows black screen and has no response
i have to shut it downs and power it on again to it work fine
i need this PC to work fine without any problems .... any ideas..?!

Are you having any problems with the date or time? Considering the age of the 9020 it is possible that the CMOS battery (CR2032) is getting weak affecting the system's clock.

Anything below 3 volts would be suspect. I would change the battery just to eliminate that possibility.

i have no issues with time or date they are correct
if the battery empty i will change it

Concur w JOcean. Sleep state is one of the hard thing to control of pc, like putting it in controlled anesthesia and wanting to wake it up as scheduled. Does not always work as planned. Besides battery try clear cmos settings via motherboard jumper reset.
